  • Can I change the address on an order I placed?

  • How do I cancel a Reserve Order?

    To cancel a Reserve Order, go to the "Reserve Orders" section of your account dashboard and select "Cancel" next to the order. The funds will immediately be returned to your Store Credit.
  • If I place my order past the cutoff time, will it still ship?

    We can’t guarantee that orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the same day, but we encourage you to place your order anyway. We’ll do our best to get it processed, and in many cases, depending on the time, we’re able to make it happen!
  • Why am I being charged an extra $2.5 for Home Delivery?
