How can I access devices?

In order to access our Devices we will need the three following documents from you.

  1. Business ID
  2. Tax ID (Resale Certificate or other)
  3. Personal ID (Driver's License or Passport)

Please send all three documents over to our onboarding team at onboarding@mobilesentrix.com with the subject of "Device Approval."

Once our onboarding team receives the email they will review your application and approve your account for devices, generally within 1-3 business days. Our onboarding team will reach out if we need any additional information from you.
